next day Miss Wellsbury took them to see Beamish.
Beamish is a museum, "Boring!", said Sophie.
"No", said Miss Wellsbury, "it's not
boring. It's a very large place made up of little villages
of how things used to be in olden days." "What,
when Grandma was young?", said Sophie cheekily.
"Best of all, they have Trams, old cars, houses
and an old fashioned sweet shop." "WOW!",
said Sophie - I want to go!
On
the right you can see two pictures that Sophie took.
One is an old victorian playroom with toys and the other
is a Ford Model T
- a very old car. "That looks like Grandad's",
said Sophie. Isn't she cheeky - Grandad's car isn't
quite that old.
